This rich tea contains fenugreek seeds, which provides numerous benefits. Fenugreek is used to help mothers with low counts of milk produced. It can also be used to help with hormonal imbalance as well as menopause. Fenugreek is also used to help with high blood pressure.

How To
- 1 teaspoon of tea
- 475 ml (16 oz) of 99℃/210℉ water for hot tea
- Steep for 3-6 minutes
