Giovanni coaxes out exceptional flavours as beans are roasted by hand in small batches at low temperatures over a longer time. The complex and consistent blends were crafted alongside an artisan roaster in the Okanagan Valley, BC. For several months various taste profiles were explored and refined until the perfect blends were achieved: a taste of Italy in every cup!
